Refund policy

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking

  • In original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original hang tags must still be attached

For hygiene and quality reasons:

  • Swimwear and bottoms must be tried on over underwear

  • Returns will not be accepted if the hygienic liner is removed or tampered with

Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for return. This includes:

  • Items discounted by 25% or more

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Additional guidelines:

  • Only one prepaid return label is provided per order

  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from www.michiny.com

  • For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their return policy directly

 


 

Return Instructions — US & Canada

To start your return, please email orders@michiny.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number

  • A prepaid UPS return label

Simply follow the instructions in the email and send your item(s) back using the provided label.


Please note: A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 


 

Return Instructions — Outside US & Canada

To initiate an international return, please email orders@michiny.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number

  • The return shipping address

Please return your items using a tracked and insured shipping service at your own cost, and keep the tracking number for your records.


Please note: A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 


 

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

Return eligibility is based on the delivery date (confirmed via tracking):

  • Within 30 days: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method or store credit upon request

  • Between 31–60 days: Eligible for store credit only, redeemable at www.michiny.com

  • After 60 days: Returns will not be accepted, and items are no longer eligible for refund or credit

Please note: Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

 


 

Store Credit & Gift Cards

MICHI store credit and gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. They can only be used on www.michiny.com.

Store credit can be issued if:

  • You select store credit as your preferred refund method

  • Your eligible return is received between 31 and 60 days after delivery

 


 

Order Changes & Return Timelines

At this time, we’re unable to process exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, we recommend placing a new order—our team will be happy to assist you with that if needed.

Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order may already be packed and on its way.

During high-volume periods—such as holiday seasons or sales events—please allow a little extra time for your return or refund to be processed. We appreciate your patience and are committed to keeping things moving smoothly.
