Eligible Items purchased December 1st - 31st may be returned until January 31st, 2026. Regular return eligibility applies.
US & CANADA HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
We offer FREE RETURNS (from USA & Canada) up to 30 days after purchase for a refund, exchange or online store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to return an item, please email orders@michiny.com with the following details:
1. Order number
2. Item(s) you wish to return
RETURN POLICY
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have original hang tags attached.
Any merchandise returned missing original hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item(s) sent back to them.
No restocking fee for:
- Exchanges
- Returns for store credit
A $15 restocking fee applies to refunds only.
US & CANADA — FREE + EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. FREE prepaid label provided (one per order).
2. Email orders@michiny.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA).
3. Returns must be in transit within 30 days of receiving your order.
4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Prefer a different size or color?
- Exchanges are encouraged and always free, with no restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Eligible within 30 days for refund, store credit, or exchange.
2. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
3. Email orders@michiny.com for your RA and return address.
4. Duties, taxes, and shipping are non-refundable.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING
1. Refunds (less $15 restocking fee) are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
2. Allow 5–7 business days once your package arrives.
3. Returns received 30–60 days qualify for store credit only.
4. No refunds or credits after 60 days.
5. Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
6. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.
HYGEINE NOTE
Swimwear and bottoms must be tried on over underwear. Items missing hygiene liners or showing wear will not be accepted.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be processed within a few hours of receipt. Changes or cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be packed or in transit.
WHERE TO RETURN
The MICHI corporate office and michiny.com accept returns only for items purchased directly from us. Items bought through other retailers must be returned to the original store, following their return policy.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
- All sale items 25% off or more, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are final sale. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
