Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipping times for all shipping methods do not include order processing time.

Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order before it ships.

Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

Orders placed during a sale may take up to 5 business days to ship.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email orders@michiny.com as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

MICHI offers exchanges only, issued as store credit, for eligible items purchased directly from michiny.com.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless specifically approved by MICHI.

If you would like to request an exchange, please email orders@michiny.com within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving your order.

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to exchange

Once your request is approved, MICHI will issue a Return Authorization and provide return instructions.

For eligible U.S. and Canada orders, MICHI may provide a UPS return shipping label.

Once we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue store credit for use on michiny.com.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your package is delivered.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES AFTER SHIPPING

Please refer to the MICHI Exchange & Store Credit Policy on our Exchanges & Store Credit page if you wish to change an order after it has been shipped.

Once shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries.

MICHI is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

MICHI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has received a tracking number, as this is outside of our control.

We recommend selecting a reliable shipping address where your parcel can be delivered, received, and accurately tracked.
