Exchange Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
Returned within 30 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking
In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Original hang tags must still be attached
For hygiene and quality reasons:
Swimwear and bottoms must be tried on over underwear
Items will not be accepted if the hygienic liner is removed or tampered with
Please note that Final Sale items are eligible for exchange only, issued as store credit, unless otherwise stated. This includes:
Items discounted by 25% or more
Items clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
Additional guidelines:
Only one prepaid return label is provided per order
Exchanges and store credit are only available for purchases made directly from www.michiny.com
For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their policy directly
Exchange Instructions — US & Canada
To start your exchange request, please email orders@michiny.com within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to exchange
Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send:
A Return Authorization (RA) number
A prepaid UPS return label
Simply follow the instructions in the email and send your item(s) back using the provided label.
Exchange Instructions — Outside US & Canada
To initiate an international exchange request, please email orders@michiny.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to exchange
Once approved, you’ll receive:
A Return Authorization (RA) number
The return shipping address
Please return your items using a tracked and insured shipping service at your own cost, and keep the tracking number for your records.
Store Credit & Processing
Once your item is received and inspected, approved exchanges will be issued as store credit.
Exchange eligibility is based on the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking:
Within 30 days: Eligible for exchange or store credit
Between 31–60 days: Eligible for store credit only, redeemable at www.michiny.com
After 60 days: Items will not be accepted and are no longer eligible for exchange or store credit
Please note: Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Store Credit & Gift Cards
MICHI store credit and gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. They can only be used on www.michiny.com.
Store credit can be issued if:
Your eligible exchange is approved
Your eligible item is received between 31 and 60 days after delivery
Order Changes & Exchange Timelines
MICHI offers exchanges only, issued as store credit, for eligible items.
Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order may already be packed and on its way.
During high-volume periods — such as holiday seasons or sales events — please allow a little extra time for your exchange or store credit to be processed. We appreciate your patience and are committed to keeping things moving smoothly.
