MICHI offers exchanges only, issued as store credit, for eligible items purchased directly from michiny.com.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless specifically approved by MICHI.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for use on michiny.com.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and have the original hang tags attached.
Any merchandise returned without original hang tags, in dirty, worn, damaged, altered, or poor condition, or without Return Authorization, will not be accepted. In this case, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping if they would like the item(s) sent back to them.
Approved exchanges are issued as store credit only.
No restocking fee applies to approved exchanges or store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Exclusions apply. Final sale items are eligible for exchange only, issued as store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
US & CANADA — EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Email orders@michiny.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Items must be in transit within 30 days of receiving your order.

PREFER A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?
We encourage exchanges for a different size, color, or style whenever available.
If the preferred item is unavailable, approved exchanges will be issued as store credit for future use on michiny.com.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Eligible international items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

STORE CREDIT & PROCESSING

Store credit is issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your package arrives.

Store credit is redeemable exclusively on michiny.com.

Store credit is non-transferable.

Store credit never expires.

No refunds or store credit will be issued for items returned after 60 days.

Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s policy.
HYGIENE NOTE
Swimwear and bottoms must be tried on over underwear.
Items missing hygiene liners or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be processed within a few hours of receipt.
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order may already be packed or in transit and may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.

MICHI corporate office and michiny.com accept authorized returns only for items purchased directly from michiny.com.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
