FREE US & CANADA RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MICHI offers free returns and exchanges on eligible items purchased directly from michiny.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
For eligible returns, you may choose to:
- Receive a refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for another size, color or style
- Receive store credit for future use on michiny.com
There are no return shipping or restocking fees on eligible US and Canada returns. MICHI store credit never expires.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- Unaltered and in original sellable condition
- Returned with all original hang tags attached
- Accompanied by an approved Return Authorization
Items that are worn, damaged, altered, soiled, missing original tags or returned without authorization cannot be accepted.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin a return or exchange, log in to your MICHI account to submit a return request.
You may also email orders@michiny.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
Once your return is approved, we will provide your Return Authorization and return instructions.
PREFER A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR OR STYLE?
We are happy to help you exchange your item for another size, color or style, subject to availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, you may choose store credit for future use on michiny.com.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return arrives.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
MICHI store credit:
- Never expires
- Has no restocking fee
- Is non-transferable
- Is redeemable exclusively on michiny.com
No refund or store credit will be issued for merchandise received more than 60 days after the original order was delivered.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, eligible final sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible international purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
International returns are issued as store credit only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To begin an international return, email orders@michiny.com to request a Return Authorization and return instructions.
Original shipping charges, duties, taxes and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
HYGIENE
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bottoms must be tried on over underwear.
Items missing hygiene liners or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may begin processing within a few hours of being placed.
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be packed or in transit and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
PURCHASES FROM OTHER RETAILERS
MICHI accepts authorized returns only for merchandise purchased directly from michiny.com.
Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
