Orders
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered with your order.
If you did not receive an email, it may have been entered incorrectly with your order, or it may be in your junk folder. Please check your junk folder and add orders@michiny.com to your safe sender list.
If you are still unable to find your confirmation, email us at orders@michiny.com, and we can resend and/or update the email associated with your order if needed.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
Orders placed during a sale will ship within 5 business days.
Shipping times may vary due to merchandise availability.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

I just placed an order and it is taking longer to ship than normal. Is there an issue?
Orders placed during new releases may take longer than usual to process and prepare for shipment due to high volume.
We do our best to ship within the processing time indicated on our Shipping page and will inform you if your order will take longer to ship.
Pre-order styles may also take longer to ship. The estimated shipping date for pre-order styles can be found at the top of the product page.
My order is not going through. What’s going on?
If you are still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing address, and shipping address, make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser.
If the issue persists, please contact your credit card company to ensure there are no holds placed on your card.
Oops! I need to change something on my order. How can I do this?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@michiny.com.
Please include your order number and “Change to Order” in the subject line.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.
I just placed an order. Can I add something else?
We cannot add items to an existing order.
Please place a new order for the additional item and contact us immediately at orders@michiny.com.
We’ll be happy to waive shipping on the additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order, and we will do our best to consolidate shipping whenever possible.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, discount codes, or credit codes.
If you are applying the code to a full-priced item with no other offers and are still experiencing an issue, please reach out to our Customer Care team at orders@michiny.com.
What is Sezzle?
MICHI has partnered with Sezzle, an alternate payment platform that allows U.S. and Canadian customers to split purchases into 4 interest-free payments when selected at checkout.
The minimum purchase amount required to use Sezzle on michiny.com is $100 USD.

Shipping
Will my parcel be charged international taxes and duties?
MICHI products ordered on michiny.com currently ship from the U.S. and Canada.
International orders outside of the U.S., excluding Guam, may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and any other fees charged by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility, including if a shipment is refused upon delivery.
To avoid any surprises, please contact your local customs office to determine applicable charges before placing your order.
If you refuse a shipment from MICHI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
These amounts may be deducted from any approved store credit.
If you would like us to resend the package, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.
Exchanges & Store Credit
What is your exchange policy?
MICHI offers exchanges only, issued as store credit, for eligible items purchased directly from michiny.com.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless specifically approved by MICHI.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and have the original hang tags attached.
To request an exchange, please email orders@michiny.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
How do I request an exchange?
To request an exchange, please email orders@michiny.com with the following details:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to exchange
Once your request is reviewed and approved, MICHI will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.
Items sent back without Return Authorization may not be accepted.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your item is received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for use on michiny.com.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your package arrives.
Store credit is non-transferable, never expires, and is redeemable exclusively on michiny.com.
Do you offer refunds?
MICHI offers exchanges only, issued as store credit.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless specifically approved by MICHI.
Can I exchange final sale items?
Exclusions apply.
Final sale items may be eligible for exchange only, issued as store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Size & Fit
I like extra high-waisted leggings. Which leggings have the highest rise?
Leggings with our 4” Standard High Rise Waistband.
I like my leggings tight/compressive. Which ones should I try?
We recommend our Print styles, as they are created in our thickest fabric and have a compressive feel.
If you are looking for a solid color, we recommend a legging with our 3” Shapewear or 4” Shapewear Waistband, as they have a secure fit that holds you in and offers a smoothing effect.
The fabric will feel less compressive than print fabric, though it will not stretch out or sag. It has high stretch and recovery, so your leggings always feel like they are hugging you.

I’m in between sizes. Should I go for the smaller or larger size?
We recommend you select the size that best matches your measurements from our Size Guide to start.
In between sizes based on the Size Guide? Start with your natural waist measurement.
If your measurement is closer to the smaller size, you will likely find a comfortable fit with the compressive feel you are looking for in the smaller size.

You may also order both sizes and request an exchange/store credit for eligible items that do not fit, subject to MICHI’s Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
If your natural waist measurement is closer to the larger size, we recommend selecting the larger size to find a comfortable fit in the waistband.
Selecting the larger size of the two, when your measurements are in between, also helps ensure that the fabric does not overstretch and remains squat-proof.
Rest assured, your leggings will not stretch out or sag. They have high stretch and recovery, so they always feel like they are hugging you.
I’m tall/have long legs. What leggings will fit me best?
We recommend our Full Length Leggings to hit closest to your ankle depending on your height and leg length, and our 7/8 Length Leggings to hit above your ankle.

I’m tall/have a long torso. What tops and bras will fit me best?
If you are looking for a close-fitting crop top, we recommend our Crop Tops with soft chest bands that have eight-way stretch, flexibility, and extended length.
They have built-in bras with removable cups and can be worn on their own like a sports bra.
For more length and coverage, we recommend hip-length and extended-length Tops.
For bras, we recommend Bras with adjustable straps for a customizable fit.
I’m petite in height. What leggings will fit me best?
We recommend our 7/8 Length Leggings for a full-length fit and our Crop Length Leggings for a 7/8 length fit that will hit above the ankle, depending on your height and leg length.

I’m fuller figured. What close-fitting styles will be most flattering in bras, crop tops, and bottoms?
For bras, we recommend styles with our 2.5” fabric-covered elastic chest band for additional support.
We do not recommend styles with zippers from bottom to top, as they do not allow for as much stretch, or the Principal Bra, as it runs small.
For crop tops, we recommend Crop Tops with soft chest bands that have eight-way stretch, flexibility, and extended length.
If you are mid-height to tall, for bottoms we recommend leggings with our 3” Shapewear or 4” Shapewear Waistband for workouts, and with our 4” Standard Waistband for workouts and all-day wear.
If you are petite in height, we recommend 7/8 Length or Crop Length Leggings with our 3” Shapewear Waistband.
I’m a runner and I want a sports bra to keep me in place. What is your most supportive bra that you recommend for running?
We recommend our High Impact Bras with 2.5” elastic chest bands, without front zippers from bottom to top.
I wear sports bras all day long. Which bras do you recommend for all-day wear?
We recommend bras with our 1” chest band or MICHI logo elastic chest band.

My favorite style is sold out. When will it come back in stock?
If the style or size you are looking for is sold out, you can submit your email on the product page to be notified when it becomes available.

Garment Care
How should I wash my MICHI clothing?
You can find the instructions under “Fabric & Care” on product pages and on the care label attached to the inside of the item.
Most styles can be machine washed in cold water with like colors and hung to dry.
For best care, wash your items in the mesh bag that comes with your order.
Some items are dry clean only, so be sure to check your tag.
