PROCESSING TIMELINES

Please allow 1–2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and ship your order.

During peak periods such as sales, holidays, and product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order.

If you have placed an order with Express Shipping, we will do our best to ship the same day. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will do our best to ship on the next business day.

Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address updates, order changes, or cancellations. If you would like to attempt to cancel or modify your order, please email orders@michiny.com as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

MICHI offers exchanges only, issued as store credit, for eligible items purchased directly from michiny.com.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered unless specifically approved by MICHI.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition, and have the original hang tags attached.

Once your exchange request is authorized, your package must be in transit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items received after 30 days may be eligible for store credit only, at MICHI’s discretion.

Items received after 60 days are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or any other compensation.

US & CANADA EXCHANGES

For orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada, please email orders@michiny.com with your order number and the style(s) you wish to exchange.

Once approved, MICHI will issue a Return Authorization and provide return instructions.

For eligible U.S. and Canada orders, MICHI may provide one prepaid return shipping label per order.

Once your item is received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for use on michiny.com.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

For orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada, please email orders@michiny.com with your order number and the style(s) you wish to exchange.

Once approved, MICHI will issue a Return Authorization and international return shipping instructions.

International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Packages must be sent through an insured and traceable delivery service.

Duties, taxes, original shipping charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your item is received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for use on michiny.com.

STORE CREDIT PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your item, approved exchanges will be issued as store credit.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your package is delivered.

Store credit is redeemable exclusively on michiny.com.

Store credit is non-transferable and never expires.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES AFTER SHIPPING

If you would like to exchange an eligible item after your order has been shipped, please refer to the MICHI Exchange & Store Credit Policy on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Once shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries.

MICHI is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

MICHI is not responsible if the customer refuses to pay associated customs, duties, taxes, or import fees.

MICHI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has received a tracking number, as this is outside of our control.

We recommend selecting a reliable shipping address where your parcel can be delivered, received, and accurately tracked.

PO BOXES

MICHI is not accepting ship-to addresses containing PO Box numbers at this time, as our elected carrier does not deliver to these types of addresses.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

MICHI will not be responsible for any additional fees related to returning or re-sending a package if a PO Box address is supplied.

We will do our best to contact you in advance if we notice a PO Box address was accidentally provided. However, we cannot guarantee it will be caught before processing at our distribution center takes place.

Shipping costs below are in USD.

If a different currency is selected, shipping costs will be converted at the time the order is placed.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

In light of the increased cost of fuel, we have adjusted our shipping prices to reflect those changes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

MICHI products ordered on michiny.com currently ship from the U.S. and Canada.

International orders outside of the U.S., excluding Guam, may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and any other fees charged by your country.

We offer a prepaid DDP shipping service so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

To avoid any surprises, please contact your local customs office to determine applicable charges before placing your order.

If you refuse a shipment from MICHI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

These amounts may be deducted from any approved store credit.

If you would like us to resend the package, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt.
