We are seeking a PR x Communications Specialist to help us elevate our brand relevance and engage with our community.

The Role:

As a PR and Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence and customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:

Public Relations and Press Outreach:

  • Assist in managing our PR efforts by writing press releases and generating leads with PR contacts and media outlets.
  • Maintain and update our press contacts database.
  • Organize and execute press pulls, events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate organic press coverage through press outreach prior to product launches and when the brand expertise aligns with news and trends.

Affiliate Program Management:

  • Oversee our PR and Influencer affiliate marketing program to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on program success.
  • Develop strategies to optimize affiliate engagement and revenue growth.

Customer Experience x Community Management:

  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email, phone, and social media.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually learn from our community and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer service protocols and guidelines.

Clienteling x Styling:

  • Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with our community.
  • Provide tailored service to enhance the shopping experience, including personalized styling recommendations and follow-ups.
  • Track and analyze customer preferences to better cater to their needs and build loyalty.



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR, communications, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases and communication materials.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and a can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • High level of curiosity and empathy, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Interest in AI tools and their application in marketing.
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing.
