Standard orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time. 

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. Please refer to the MICHI return policy below if you wish to change an order after it has been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. MICHI is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Taxes and Duty

Tax is not charged for shipments outside of Canada. MICHI product ships from Pennsylvania to US customers and from Toronto for Canadian and non-US customers.

MICHI is 'Made in Canada' so there is NO duty for US orders (NAFTA agreement). If paying with a US debit card for a credit card transaction, some banks may charge a transaction fee.

All other international orders (outside Canada and the US) may and most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's and any other fees your country charges. These are to be paid by the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery), so be sure to check with your customs office.

If the customer rejects a shipment for any reason, we will deduct all shipping and handling charges the company has originally incurred to ship and return the order from any refunds. This amount is usually higher than the shipping price we originally charge to customers because the shipping fees we charge are greatly discounted.
