Alicia’s passion for fitness started after she had a big transformation of her own. Growing up, health was never her first priority. She didn’t play any sports and would always “accidentally” forget her gym clothes to get out of class. Her eating habits were continuously causing her to gain weight and feel sluggish. This less than healthy lifestyle carried into her twenties when she finally decided to join a gym and try to change her eating habits. She dropped down to her goal weight and fell in love with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Soon after, she realized that coaching others to lead an active lifestyle was something she had to do.
Alicia is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor in Toronto. She offers mobile training in her clients home or office, she also leads group classes and trains out of Elle Fitness and Social.
